Returns/Exchanges

We do not offer refunds. If you have a problem or got the wrong item or size other than what you paid for we will work that out! We do offer exchange

(Due to COVID restrictions, international exchanges are excluded as we can't get your package back)

Customer will have to pay return shipping for exchanged only, which will be $5.00.  (You will not pay if it's a defect or misprint). If you have a problem or need an exchange please email support@vibationapparel.com and we will get back to you and let you know the next necessary steps to return your item(s) for an exchange. *Orders may not be cancelled after they are ordered* 

We will also make exchanges easy! You can exchange your item for a different size or color of the original style ordered within 7 days of the delivery date. All items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed as well. If you would like to initiate an exchange, please email support@vibationapparel.com and we will get the process started. Exchange policy may change if we have an exclusive item and or drop. Some items are made to order, and are extremely limited. On our items that are made to order if you order the wrong size, you will have to pay again to get your correct size due to our manufacturing process.
